Bonfiglioli Headquarters – New Building

The new headquarters of Gruppo Bonfiglioli in Calderara di Reno represents a major architectural intervention, conceived to express in built form the company's values of innovation, efficiency and industrial vision. The project is part of EVO, the group's broader development programme, designed to guide the evolution towards advanced and sustainable production models.

Light and sustainability

The building, conceived as a NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) and developed with the contribution of ARUP for structural and systems engineering, integrates a 3 MW photovoltaic system, geothermal systems and radiant ceilings, ensuring high environmental performance and internal comfort. Indirect natural light, amplified by the north-facing facade, improves the quality of working environments, while an internal green courtyard promotes ventilation and microclimatic wellbeing.
