Showroom HBI Absolute

Location
Guangzhou (CN)

The first “HBI ABSOLUTE” showroom was opened as part of the continuous collaboration between Lea Ceramiche and HBI Ceramiche, an important and prestigious Asian partner that handles the importation and marketing of Lea Ceramiche products on the Chinese market.

The revolutionary slabs made of Slimtech, the ultra-thin laminated stoneware (3.5; 5.5 and 6 mm thick) in oversized formats (up to 100x300 cm and 120x260 cm) – the ultimate embodiment of Lea Ceramiche’s quality, technological research and design – were selected to cover all the floor and wall surfaces in the rooms, as well as the elegant furnishings.

The showroom’s interiors feature a selection of designer surfaces, furnishings and materials, offering a delightful environment halfway between an exhibition space and a residential setting. The rooms, which are arranged sequentially, house prototypes of the interiors of an elegant and luxurious home, in which ultra-thin large-format porcelain stoneware made of Slimtech, a versatile, light and durable material, reaches its full potential.

Specifically, the Slimtech Concreto, collection, which was designed by Fabio Novembre Novembre and has a thickness of 6mm, was used in the large 120x260 cm format for the living room and tea room coverings, while on the floor slats from the Bio Select, collection in the Walnut Tobacco shade recreate the marks and warmth of wooden floors with their natural, elegant design.

The walls in the area known as the Coatroom are covered with large Slimtech RE-evolution, slabs, which are just 3.5 mm thick, while the floor features Oak Ginger in the Bio Select collection, giving the space a natural refinement thanks to the quality and realistic appearance of the original wood finishes.

The striking aesthetic variations of Slimtech Delight marbles in intense Marquina Nero with its characteristic white veins and in pure Venato Bianco in the 120x260 cm format embellish the reception room and create a sense of continuity with the bar area which, on the floor and walls, features Invisible Light in a glossy finish.

Finally, the large 100x300 cm Slimtech Basaltina slabs in the Stuccata version cover all the doors in the spacious kitchen area.

Marking a significant milestone in the export strategies pursued by Lea Ceramiche, which is already present in the Far East with major projects, including Singapore Airport and the Sai Wan Ho Towers in Hong Kong, the HBI ABSOLUTE showroom represents the quintessential applications of the ceramic product, its versatility and the fundamental role that it plays in clearly defining the personality of the spaces in which it is used.
